Helico Integrated Concept Limited has announced an 11-day specialised skills acquisition training programme in Basic Rigging and Lifting/Banksman and Scaffolding for interested persons drawn from communities within and outside the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State.

The vocational training programme, which is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and industry-relevant skills, is scheduled to commence from October 10 to October 20, 2026, at the Benikrukru Community Town Hall in Gbaramatu Kingdom.

According to the organisers, the programme will expose participants to basic techniques and safety procedures associated with rigging, lifting and banksman operations as well as scaffolding, with emphasis on developing competencies relevant to industrial and related work environments.

The initiative is also expected to contribute towards human capital development in Gbaramatu Kingdom and beyond by providing interested persons, particularly youths, with opportunities to acquire technical skills that could improve their employability and prepare them for opportunities in the oil and gas, construction, marine and other industrial sectors.

The organisers therefore called on interested persons who desire to take advantage of the training programme to make necessary enquiries ahead of its commencement.
