Our late golden mother, Late Mrs Vick Kenedeke Kennedy Teibowei nee Tortor, who now dwells in our hearts and memories, has been laid to rest in her hometown, Opuede community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, after a Christian funeral service on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

We therefore appreciate the Lord Almighty for His benevolence in giving us the grace to lay our beloved mother to rest peacefully, for His protection over all that attended in that no accident was recorded, and for ensuring a smooth funeral ceremony as planned.

We also acknowledge the support received from family members and other sympathisers in our time of need. These support in financial, spiritual, and otherwise, went a long way to ease our burden. We once again offer our sincere appreciation for your charitable offers.

We will not forget to also thank the various ministers of God as well as all those who made out time from their busy schedules to join us to pay our last respect to our beloved mother. Without your treasured presence and words of encouragement our sorrows would have been much deeper.

To the people of Opuede community we appreciate your cooperation and support to us. We are deeply grateful for your hospitality in receiving our dear mother and giving her the honour she deserves.

We pray the Lord Almighty God bring us together again for celebration of life, not for shedding of tears, and that you will never lack in your time of need.

Thank you once again and God bless and protect us all (Amen).
