BIOGRAPHY: Archbishop Tonfawei, Others Honour Late Mrs. Enyen Ajolosemi Lube Nee Douglas Sagbe

Prior to the interment of the remains of late Mrs. Enyen Ajolosemi Lube Nee Douglas Sagbe, the 71 year old mother and grandmother, at Oporoza community in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, on Saturday, June 28, 2025, members of the Dominion Zion Ministry, Fiafia Zion, Oporoza National Headquarters, held a funeral service in her honour as a dedicated member of the church.
The brief Christian funeral service, presided over by the Founder / Spiritual Leader and Supreme Head, His Grace, Archbishop Dr. Amb. Philip Tonfawei (JP), on Friday evening, featured the paying of tributes, presentation of the biography of the deceased, a brief sermon, prayers for the repose of the soul of the deceased, refreshments among other activities.
Described as a hardworking, God fearing woman and a loving mother, the late Mrs. Enyen Ajolosemi Lube, according to sympathisers confessed she will be missed as her kind is not one that can be easily replicated, inferring that she was special .
The Biography as presented reads: "Late Mrs. Enyen Ajolosemi Lube was born in the year 1954 into the families of late Pa. Douglas Sagbe and Akonu Bolei in Olukperebu Town, who hails from Iva and Igbai quarters of Kunukunuama Town, and Elei and Ibu quarters of Okerenkoko Town / Ikiretimi quarter of Oporoza Town, all in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West LGA of Delta State.
"Late Mrs. Enyen Lube lived with her parents in Olukperebu Town in Gbaramatu Kingdom for their fishing occupation for a couple of years. She is a very hardworking girl and intelligent in that era.
"Late Mrs. Enyen Lube got married to her husband, Late Chief (BON) William Lube Ajolosemi in the year 1974 and God blessed them with eight children.
"She continued with her fishing occupation with her late husband and she was assisted by her uncle, Sup. Snr. Apst. Isaren Tonfawei and her aunty, Madam Brass Mala untill she built her first house before she left to her younger brother's place in Benin River for some years.
"After then, she returned to Teidegbene village in the year 1992 to continue her fishing. After she spent some couple of years, she later left to Daibiyo village in Benikrukru Town to continue her fishing occupation. She built her second house. After some years, she went back to New Jerusalem Zion, Oporoza Town, to stay, where she engaged in some petty business untill her death.
"Mama was a devoted Christian in the Doctrine of Cherubim and Seraphim Church in New Jerusalem Zion, Oporoza Town. She went to School of Theology in the year 2001. She was ordained as 'Martha' and was also ordained as Omo-Ogun Christi. After then, she left to Dominion Zion Ministry, Oporosa Town, where she worshipped until her departure.
"She rested in the Lord on the 8th of May 2025. May her gentle soul rest in the Bosom of the Lord. Amen."
