It is with great joy that the golden people of Okerenkoko Federated Community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, as led by its executive chairman, HON. SHADRACK OTUARO, heartily celebrate a notable son and astute administrator, HIGH CHIEF DR. DENNIS BRUTU OTUARO, on his recent appointment by Nigeria's President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP.
