The death has been announced of Late Pa. Peter Esinwerefe Erin, who passed away at the Gifted Hand Hospital in Swamp Road, Warri, Delta State, on Saturday, the 30th day of September 2023, after a brief illness.

This was made known in a statement that was signed by a nephew of the deceased, Engr. Francis Juwegha, and made available to PENGlobal Community on Monday, October 9, 2023.

The deceased is also the father of a serving councillor representing Oporoza Ward in the Warri South-West Local Government Council, and Majority Leader, Hon. Emmanuel Juwegha, 

The Late Pa. Peter Esinwerefe Erin hails from Ebiabu, Kenbai and Elei quarters of Kokodiagbene, Oporoza, and Okerenkoko communities, respectively, all in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of the State.

According to the released statement, "the burial details will be announced" after "subsequent meetings" with family members of the deceased.
