MARRIAGE APPRECIATION: Chief & Mrs. Peter Lagos Bubor Note of Thanks

05 Mar, 2024

We begin our special note of thanks in appreciation by first referencing the Almighty God (to whom be all the glory) for the success recorded in our traditional marriage that held on Friday, March 1st in Kurutie community and that was wrapped up with a reception party at the Warri Ramp (formerly Shell Ramp) on Sunday, March 3rd, 2024. Knowing we can do nothing on our own, we therefore give God thanks for coming through for us by ensuring all went according to plan.

Secondly, we salute our revered traditional father, His Royal Majesty, Oboro Gbaraun II (JP), the Pere of the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, and members of the Traditional Council of Chiefs for their huge support and prayers. Also, we recognise High Chief Dr. Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo for his fatherly role which contributed in no small measure towards boosting the success recorded.

Also not forgetting our dear brother and friend in the House of Representatives representing the good people of Burutu Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Julius G. Pondi, and the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, for their invaluable presence which added to our joy.

We salute the top management and personnel of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, as well as the various Gbaramatu community representatives who graced the marriage reception in our honour, expending their time and other resources to make our day 'Boom!'

We recognise all the various women groups such as the Top Ladies of Gbaramatu Kingdom chaired by Chief (Mrs.) Ebidoumene Ojogun; Warri Beke Group of Friends chaired by Mrs. Preye Keniye; the United Ladies (Women of Big Doings), the Rainbow Zion Women in Ovwian, the Egwa Ladies among others. We say THANK YOU for spicing up our celebration of love with your colourful presence.

We also appreciate the Bubor family members as well as acknowledge the Uyabiribinde family from Jeijei and Omoun quarters in Kurutie community for their tireless efforts to see that the event went according as planned.

The names are a plethora, and so if we fail to recognise you, please forgive us. But be rest assured that you are not forgotten. Indeed, we lack the right words to express our gratitude. All the same, it is our prayers that the good Lord who made our day possible bless and replenish you all.

Once again we say THANK YOU!
