LATE DANIEL OKORO: Note of Appreciation From The Family

updated 25 Oct, 2024

At long last, the remains of our dear son, brother, husband and father, late Daniel Okoro, has been finally laid to rest in Oporoza community, Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, on Thursday October 24, 2024.

Despite still in our state of grief, we, the members of the Okoro family dynasty, use this medium to appreciate, first, the Creator who gives and takes, for the successful funeral in not only making sufficient provisions for us, but gave us the strength as well as ensure the safety of everyone that came to pay their last respect to our beloved who has departed to be with Him.

Secondly, we deeply appreciate all of our friends, colleagues of the late Daniel Okoro, family relatives, the people of Oporoza community for the conducive atmosphere, and the entire Gbaramatu Kingdom for their massive support towards the successful burial.

We also thank the leadership and the members of the Church of God Mission, both in Gbaramatu Kingdom, from Warri and environs, for their spiritual and other support, as well as making out time to honour of dearly beloved who is no more physically but still lives on in our hearts.

It is our sincere prayers that the Almighty God will be by you at the point of your needs, and that, by His special grace, when we meet again it shall be for celebration and not for shedding of tears.

May the gentle soul of our dearly beloved son, brother, husband and father, continue to rest peacefully until the Day of Resurrection (Amen).

Signed:
CAPT. PAUL OKORO
