LATE CAPT. ELDER JOHNSON EMMANUEL SAFEGHA: Note of Appreciation from the Family

26 Aug, 2024

The family of LATE CAPT. ELDER JOHNSON EMMANUEL SAFEGHA hereby offer our heartfelt appreciation on the successful burial ceremony of our dearly beloved father and grandfather, who was laid to eternal rest in Kokodiagbene Community, Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, on Friday, August 23, 2024.

First, we thank the Almighty God, who gives and takes, for the grace and the strength to perform the funeral rites, and to pay our last honour to our loving late father and grandfather. We also appreciate His protection and provisions of resources such that no incident or accident was recorded and all we had was sufficient unto the sorrowful task.

We greet all the friendly, accommodating and wonderful people of Kokodiagbene community for their rallying behind us, for their understanding and the love shown towards our late father and grandfather, most especially the cordial atmosphere we experienced during the burial ceremony. To say the least, we felt a huge burden lifted off our shoulders despite certain shortcomings, leaving us with the feeling of great comfort in our mournful state of grief.

We will also not forget the roles played by the spiritual leadership and members of the Unbeatable Power of God's Ministry Inc. (Home of Refuge) in Udu, the ministry our late father and grandfather worshipped in until his demise. We say Thank You for your prayers and contributions to the success of the burial.

To every other persons who honoured us with their presence at the burial as well as those who contributed financially to assist us, we say Thank You for the act of charity and for being your brothers' keeper. You will never lack financially in Jesus name (Amen).

Lastly, to the members of our big family, both paternal and maternal, as well as our in-laws, we thank every one of you for your tireless efforts in the planning stage and up to the execution of the plans to giving our late father and grandfather a befitting burial. God bless every one of us in Jesus name (Amen).

It is our prayers that when next we all meet, by the special grace of God, it shall be for celebration of life's achievements and not for mourning or sad tidings, so we pray, Amen. Thank you all once again.
