I, Apostle Monday Toruosei FISPN, along with my beloved family salute a big brother and leader in Gbaramatu Kingdom, none other than Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro PhD, the Ibe Uyadonwei, for adding another feather to his list of academic achievements on his recent award of an Academic Doctorate Degree on Comparative Politics and Development Studies at the University of Benin on Saturday, November 25, 2023.

Indeed, nothing is impossible and your recent academic award is a testament to that fact. You have also, by this act inspired many of our youths, particularly those in the neglected creek communities of the Niger Delta. With barely nothing you have today become more than something in the pursuit of knowledge and excellence.
