At long last, the remains of our loving sister, wife, mother, aunt, and first Senior Kerubu, late Mrs. Mary Ogoere Thomas (Nee Odu), has been laid to eternal rest in Okerenkoko Federated Community, Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.

Since her burial we have struggled to move on as her absence has created a big void in our lives especially as she left a lasting imprint in the lives of those who knew her. But while we continue in our grief, we are not unaware of the spiritual and physical support received in the course of her burial.

And so, we give Tamarau all the praise and salute Him for the strength to embark on this sad journey of burying our dear sister, and also for His protection over everyone that attended the funeral.

Secondly, we thank everyone that contributed financially, and all those who supported us spiritually by prayers toward the success of the burial. Your support of love was a huge relief to us and we are grateful to you all.

We also thank members of Foundation Zion in Udu area of Delta State, and all other worshippers from the various churches of the Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) for turning up massively to join us in paying their last respect to our loving sister and Senior Kerubu.

While we pray to the Almighty God to grant our sister a peaceful rest and a place in His Bosom, we also pray He protects us from untimely death and grant us the grace to live a fulfilled life according to His purpose or will for us.
