53RD CONFERENCE: Snr. Boan. Edward Ubebe Emerges Minister in Charge of New Jerusalem Zion Oporoza
Formerly the Acting Minister, Senior Boanerge Edward Temeakpor Ubebe has now been officially installed as the Minister in charge of the New Jerusalem Zion Cherubim and Seraphim church in Oporoza community, headquarters of the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom in the Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State.
The installation was performed by the King of Zion, His Holiness Rt. Rev. Dr. Epistle Jemine JP+, the Mienkirigbolomowei II of Zion Mission Worldwide, Bolowu National Headquarters, Ondo State, as part of the activities marking the 53rd Conference, witnessed by other ministers in attendance on Sunday, March 17, 2024.
The newly installed Minister in Charge of the New Jerusalem Zion (AKA Word of God), Snr. Boan. Ubebe, is the son of the founder of the church, St. Apst. Elijah Brakoru Ubebe (of blessed memory).
In the biography presentation detailing the service, Snr. Boan. Ubebe began as a Cherubin and was later selected to go for training in the Seraphic School of Theology, Ugbonla, Ondo State, and was ordained as a Senior Cherub. From there he was promoted to an Apostle and then to Senior Apostle before he was later promoted to the rank of Alakoso, and then to Baba Alakoso, and to Omo-Ogun Christi. After a while he was again promoted to Boanerge and then to Senior Boanerge in the year 2022 by the present King of Zion.
After his work adventure, he came back fully for the work of the ministry as directed by his father in the realm of the spirit. When he came to New Jerusalem Zion, he continued diligently with the work until he was appointed to take charge of announcements in the church.
On the 6th of March 2022, he was appointed as Acting Minister in Charge until 28th January 2024, when his position as Acting Minister was ratified and he was selected, appointed, and approved as Minister in Charge of New Jerusalem Zion, unanimously by all the elders, women and youths of the Zion.
