The fast-rising indigenous real estate and paint manufacturer in the Niger Delta region, Peretim Elite Global Limited, has awarded its Brand Ambassador, Dr. Alfred Izon-Ebi (JKing), with an Award of Excellence that was presented in honour to JKing on behalf of the brand's Chief Executive Officer, Peretimiebi Timiyan by popular social media influencer VeryDarkMan whose real names is Martins Vincent Otse.

The Award of Excellence was presented in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, during birthday celebration of the Because of Love, Ozigizaga, Dibi and Amaseikumor crooner, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

According to the Peretim Elite Global Limited CEO, the Award of Excellence is in recognition of the Ijaw maestro musician's efforts in revolutionising and rebranding the Owigiri music and for showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the Ijaws on the global entertainment stage.

He praised the Peretim Brand Ambassador for the idea the musical guru has introduced into the Owigiri music and noted that his musical father and mentor, the late King Robert Ebizimor, would be proud of the exploits of JKing, especially in catching the younger generation and grooming them to keep alive the tradition.

He said, "The Award of Excellence is to urge him (Dr. Alfred Izon-Ebi) to continue on that path and to continue to do what he's doing, what he knows how to do best and what he learned from his father, late King Robert Ebizimo, who will be proud as it is every father's dream to see their children become successful.

"We can also see that truly he has raised the bar. So, the message is that he should continue doing what he's doing and put in the best in what he's doing.

"We also pray to God to increase him with more years and with more grace to do more, knowing well that without Him we cannot do anything of our own," he added.

The birthday anniversary of JKing was marked in splendor and with the unveiling of his ultra modern event center / studio as well as a book launch titled “Life and Melodies: The Music Realm of Izon-Ebi Alfred”.

The celebration was attended by prominent guests in the Niger Delta region and across Nigeria making appearances to join in the celebration.
