It was a dream come true for Ebraha Precious Odudu, son of Late Chief (Elder) David Odudu Ogun from Oporoza Town in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West council area, and Oghenemine Sonia Erhinyoja, daughter of Pst. (Engr.) Sunny Erhinyoja Gbuvworo from Egbo-Ideh Town in Ughelli South, as the groom and bride, respectively, said "I do!" in a wedding ceremony on Sunday, September 29, 2024.

The wedding which held at The Light of the World Mission Incorporated, Ovwian District headquarters in Udu L.G.A. of Delta State, was witnessed by both the families and well-wishers of the groom and the bride.

The couple had earlier performed their traditional marriage on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at the residence of the bride's parents at NBTC area in Udu where the groom fulfilled requirements pertaining to the payment of the bride price.

The brief ceremony, presided over by Bishop Harrison Obiogho, the Minister-in-Charge of the ministry, had the couples exchanged their wedding rings, an expression of acceptance and commitment to each other as one body and soul.

The couple, having completed the wedding task at the altar, proceeded with their families for the signing of the marriage register, followed by their official presentation by the minister to the assembly of worshippers and guests as the lastest couple.

The groom and bride, who are both members of the media unit of the church, demonstrated before the congregation their duties in the ministry. While the bride performed a musical rendition of praise, the groom on his part, armed with a visual camera, captured the moment.

In appreciation to the Almighty God for the success recorded in the traditional marriage and wedding ceremony, the newlyweds performed their thanksgiving in company of the assembly of guests and worshippers.

It was a joyful moment for the newlyweds as they seized the moment to demonstrate their happiness as they both danced joyously, trying to outdo each other.

The ceremony wrapped up with photo shoot as the couple, along with their families, friends and well-wishers pose in front of the photographer whose job is to capture that moment which will later become a memory only to be recalled and viewed in picture or video format.
