The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), United Kingdom and Ireland Chapter, has congratulated renowned businessman and community leader, Amb. Jude Ebitimi Ukori, JP, on his conferment with the Africa Business Enterprise Award at The Voice Achievers Award (TVAA) 2026, organised by The Voice Magazine in London.

The Chapter, in a congratulatory statement signed by its Chairman, Comrade Ebizimor Oweifie; Vice Chairman, Comrade Adanse Timi Freedom; and Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Comrade Peter Toruwei, described the recognition as well-deserved and a testament to Ukori's outstanding contributions to entrepreneurship, leadership and community development.

The IYC leaders said they were delighted that the achievements of an illustrious Ijaw son had attracted international recognition, noting that the honour brings pride not only to the recipient but also to the Ijaw Nation and Nigerians in the diaspora.

According to the Chapter, Ukori's commitment to business excellence, humanitarian service and the advancement of his people reflects the qualities of purposeful leadership and responsible entrepreneurship needed to inspire younger generations.

It also expressed optimism that the award would encourage Ukori to intensify his contributions to humanity and continue to project the image of the Ijaw Nation positively across the international community.
