Engr. Dr. Messiah Doupade Olaye, a Delta State born humanitarian rights advocate, has congratulated the activist and Niger Delta leader, High Chief Dr. Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, who marked his birthday recently at the Aziza Forest in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West council area of the State.

Dr. Olaye in his congratulatory message, referred to Tompolo's leadership as a divine one that is impacting not only the Gbaramatu people but the entire Niger Delta region, cutting across ethnic lines.

The engineer who hails from Okerenkoko Federated Community in Gbaramatu Kingdom wished the High Chief more years to continue his good works and God's protection to keep him from evil.

The message reads: "I, Engr. Dr. Messiah Doupade Olaye offer my heartfelt congratulations to an extraordinary leader, High Chief Dr. Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo, on the occasion of his birthday celebration which was marked on Saturday, April 12.

"I celebrate the High Chief on his special day with prayers of long life and divine strength to continue in his good deeds for the Gbaramatu people, the Ijaw Nation and the Niger Delta region at large.

"I must also applaud the High Chief for demonstrating a leadership that is divine by nature. If it is not God's will for Him, he, Tompolo, would not have been able to hold such a position that commands high level of respect.

"His leadership is one that is exemplary by nature, not self-seeking and self-centered, but one that has been instrumental in the transformation of the region especially in preserving the environment, creating employment for the youths, empowering the less privilege and preserving the Ijaw culture and traditions," he added.
