Progress is not an easy feat especially within the sphere of humans who harbour different ideologies that might clash and create conflicts of interests. It is thus commendable when a leader is able to harmonize different ideologies for the overall good of the people. 

And this the Kokodiagbene Executive Council's leadership, piloted by Comr. Pedro Bekenawei, has been able to achieve in the recent signing of the community's Constitution which has been debated for close to a decade and which has further pegged the tenure of leadership service at four years as against three years as earlier practiced.

On that note I commend the Comr. Pedro executive for the audacity and the tenacity to see to this gigantic achievement which has laid to rest the issue of the Constitution. I also congratulate the chairman and fellow executive members while urging them to use the added year to attract more positive growth and development of Kokodiagbene Community.
