The recently concluded Tantita Award Night organised by the management of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL) in celebration of the foremost security firm's achievements will remain memorable in the hearts of many, especially those whose contributions were recognised. One of such personalities is Chief Goodluck Hills, the Pipeline Administrator, Operations Department, who was awarded with the Problem Solver Award.

Sharing his appreciation as a recipient of the award, the Tantita staff who hails from Ondo State, while commending his colleagues for supporting his nomination, dedicated the award to a man that has been his role model and whom he said made his achievement possible, the General Manager,, Operations and Technical in TSSNL, Sir Godfrey Tare Pondi, popularly called the King of the Youths.

Thank You Tantita!

Wow, I am truly humbled to be receiving this Problem Solver Award. I am grateful to the organizers led by Ms Daisy Jaja for recognizing my efforts and dedication to solving complex problems.

I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to the entire Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL) family, in no particular order, Mr Roland Isereke, Dcn Akpors, Emma Akpule, Francisca Bazunu whom I always disturbed, the HR Mrs Anthonia Ihesinaulo, Rt. Hon Samuel Ekpemupolo, the procurement unit led by Mr Trevor, Ari Ebimotimi, Gwashi Bright, Emma Otutufegha, HSE Paul Esegoro, our front desk Joy Ayegbeni who always run to me whenever she encounters challenges beyond what she could handle; to our not so perfect security guards at the gate.

Lastly, to one of our most valuable employee Gideon Ogbonna for their support and collaborations. Your hard work and expertise have been invaluable in helping me tackle some of the toughest challenges.

I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who voted for me to receive this award. Your recognition and endorsement mean the world to me, and I am honored to have earned your trust and respect.

However, I would like to dedicate this award to someone who has been my guiding light, my mentor, and my superhero – Sir Tare Godfrey Pondi, General Manager, Operations and Tech.

Sir, your leadership, wisdom, and unwavering support have inspired me to push beyond my limits and strive for excellence. Your ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions has been a valuable lesson for me.

Your trust in me has given me the confidence to take on new challenges, and your guidance has helped me navigate through uncertain times. You are an exceptional leader, and I feel privileged to work under your direction.

This award is not just a recognition of my efforts, but also a testament to your exceptional leadership and mentorship. I am grateful to have you as my boss, my mentor, and my superhero.
