On behalf of the youths of Kunukunuma Federated Community, I, FRANK OROYEIPADE TIMINIMI, the Vice Chairman of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, Gbaramatu Kingdom, the Secretary of the United Brothers of Gbaramatu Kingdom, and the Assistant Secretary of Ogeh community, all in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, congratulate a leader, CHIEF MOSES BEBENIMIBO (JP), on his recent appointment as the Special Adviser on Political Matters to the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori (JP).

I rejoice with you chief on this elevation which I must say is timely after having diligently worked so hard as a community-based leader in serving the People's Democratic Party, PDP, and the people of Gbaramatu. As a model to the youths on leadership, we are no doubt inspired to follow your lead.

While I therefore wish you a peaceful, prosperous and successful tenure as S.A. to our amiable Governor, I nonetheless urge you to utilize this promotion to do more for the people in line with Governor Sheriff Oborevwori (JP) M.O.R.E. Agenda, and as the capable leader that you are.
