[PHOTOS] LEADERSHIP: Gbaramatu Female Graduates swears in new exco
The Association of Gbaramatu Female Graduates (AGFG) in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, has sworn-in its recently elected executive officers led by Glory Otutufegha as President of the umbrella body of female graduates in the riverine kingdom.
The swearing in ceremony held at the office of the defunct Egbema Gbaramatu Communities Development Foundation (EGCDF) along Airport Road in Effurun, on Saturday, December 7, 2024.
Other executive officers of the AGFG sworn-in are Stella Ekpebide (Vice President), Barr. Divine Zibimoghan (Secretary), Oyeyemi Christabel (Treasurer), Susan Ukuli (Financial Secretary), Dekawei Vera (Public Relations Officer), and Popo Christabel Peres (Welfare Director).
The AGFG exco sworn-in were each presented with a Certificate of Return by the chairman of the Electoral Committee, Amrophe Pere Lovely, and the exercise was witnessed by members of the association.
Recall that the Association under its then president Barr. Iyoroebi Itima Kenge conducted election to elect new members to help pilot the affairs of the association for the next three years. The elections held on Sunday, November 3, 2024.
Speaking on behalf of the exco, Otutufegha thanked members of the Association for the resolute confidence they have in her candidate that saw her emerged as the AGFG president.
She promised to work collectively with both her exco officers and other members of the AGFG to reposition the female graduate body to greater heights, while she appealed for the support of every member.
The immediate outgone AGFG executives are Augustina Ene (vice president), Mrs Vivian Pori Ajomale (secretary), Mrs Popo Christabel Peres (assistant secretary), Mrs Tracy Lawei (public relations officer), Mrs Stella Ekpebide Oghenerume (treasurer), and Mrs Beauty Wuruyai (welfare secretary).
