High Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, in the Niger Delta region has met with PAP diaspora students that are pursuing their academic studies in the United Kingdom.

According to the official handle of the PAP on microblogging site 'X' the meeting took place earlier on Sunday, August 18, 2024.

The post read, "Earlier today (Saturday, August 18), the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD met with PAP Diaspora students currently studying in the United Kingdom.

"The students expressed deep appreciation to the Administrator for prioritizing their scholarship and welfare, describing him as a kind person.

“The PAP boss on his part admonished them to take their studies seriously and be good ambassadors of the Federal Government, the Niger Delta and Nigeria in general.”

The meeting served as a morale booster for the students, reinforcing the Administrator's support for their educational pursuits, commitment towards making the amnesty programme more robust and encompassing.
