On behalf of the good people of the Oporoza Community in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, we give the Almighty God all the glory for ushering us into a New Year filled with promises and greater expectations for more growth and development, as well as for the success recorded at the New Year celebration in the community on Friday, January 2, 2026.

We also use this medium to appreciate the our revered traditional fathers, HRM Oboro Gbaraun II (JP), Aketekpe, Agadagba, Pere of the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom; HRM Alagbabunafa III, Agadagba, the Pere of Olodiama Kingdom in Ovia North-East and Ovia South-West LGA of Edo State, and HRM Barr. Peremobowei Shedrack Erebulu, Aduo II, the Pere of Kabowei Kingdom in Patani LGA of Delta State, as well as members of their traditional cabinet of chiefs for blessing us with their royal presence and offering prayers of prosperity. We are truly grateful for the love and for making history.

In same vein we salute the Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL) and the Ibe Ebidouwei of Izon Nation, High Chief (Dr.) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo; the Chairman of Maton Engineering Nigeria Limited, Mr. Matthew Tonlagha; the Managing Director of TSSNL, High Chief (Engr.) Kestin Pondi, FNSE; the Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor; the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief (Dr.) Dennis Brutu Otuaro, and the chairman of the occasion, Chief (Dr.) Pedro Bekenawei, among several other leaders for their financial support.

To all of our guests who made out time and expended resources to join us in the New Year celebration, we say Thank you for your golden presence and for the precious time spent time us during the celebration. We are grateful and honoured to have you with us.

We salute all stakeholders of Oporoza Community including the elders, women and youths for their physical, spiritual, and financial contributions toward making the celebration a huge success. The unity demonstrated and the love displayed is indeed commendable.

Lastly, we thank the Planning Committee of the New Year celebration led by Chief Johnbull Izirimi Demebi and with the Secretary, Senior Comrade Saturday David for their wonderful roles toward ensuring that the celebration went smoothly. We once again say kudos to you.

May the Almighty God bless everyone of us, guide and protect us in this New Year in good health and strength, as we all look ahead to gather again in like manner for a bigger celebration.
