The death has been announced of Late Victoria Kennedy nee Tortor, a native of Gbaramatu Kingdom in the Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, whose transition to eternal glory occurred after a protracted illness on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

This is contained in a statement issued by the family and that was signed by Pa. Eddy Tortor for the family, and Samuel Kennedy for the children, on Monday, October 21, 2024.

The late Victoria Kennedy hails from the families of Late Tortor Ibime of Ibime Quarter in Opuede Town, and from the Wenwen Seiwei of Ugeh Quarter in Kokodiagbene Town, both in Gbaramatu Kingdom.

According to the families, her body will be laid to rest on Wednesday, the 4th of December, 2024.
