A nongovernmental organisation in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, The Visionary PathFinders—a subsidiary of Century21 Freedom Group International comprising of a team of business and mindset developers—has disclosed its vision to raise 100 millionaires by 2030 through existing potentials in the digital economy.

The organisation's President, Tekedor Quinton Brawaide, disclosed the vision during the unveiling of the "Living Beyond Oil" initiative in Effurun, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

Team members present during the unveiling are Mr. Seth Douperegha, Mr Reward Numa, Moi Smart, Princess Loveth Perekeme and Blessing Seigha.

According to President Tekedor, the "Living Beyond Oil is a programme established to raise awareness and orient the large youth population in the Niger Delta to transition away from total reliance on oil and gas through rigorous training, mentorship, capacity building and creating financial leverage system in the digital and connected economy."

He said the organisation's vision is driven by "intensive research on human capital development in the past nine years" which has proven that "capacity building in any venture is the bedrock of success" in life.

"To this effect, this program is launched to help educate our youths in Niger Delta on how they can thrive and get ahead in the digital and connected economy," Tekedor added.

The President of The Visionary PathFinders disclosed that its aims and objectives toward achieving the vision are centered on educating the teeming youths on how to take advantage of a connected and digital economy, to eradicate poverty mindsets such as entitlement mentality, instant gratification, and dependency on rich friends and rich family members; grumbling and complaining.

Others include the basic principles of financial freedom, to break down the basic principle of leverage and how to utilize it, to educate the youths on how to raise income for personal needs and projects without taking loans from the bank, and health optimization through supplementation and lifestyle changes.

Tekedor however appealed to stakeholders in the oil-producing region to partner with The Visionary PathFinders to achieve the "Living Beyond Oil" campaign as the initiative would in the long term help to curb unemployment, reduce crime, tackle poverty among other social and economic benefits, especially as reliance on crude oil is shifting to other cleaner energy sources.
