I, HON. UYADONGHAN POWEDE, former chairman of Kokodiagbene community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, humbly join my wife, MRS. ESE POWEDE, whom we celebrated her 40th Birthday on Thursday, August 10, 2023, to offer our appreciation of thanks.

First, all THANKS to the Almighty God who made the celebration possible by keeping us alive in good health and in peace. Moreover, for His protection over our guests, who all graced the surprise Birthday party as well as return home safely. We are indeed grateful to our Creator for His love, mercies, and blessings.

Next, we appreciate the numerous friends and other well-wishers that trooped out in their large numbers despite the short notice. It is a honour to have some notable chiefs from Gbaramatu Kingdom as well as friends from Egbema Kingdom, grace our celebration. Also, members from Kokodiagbene and other communities, as well as family members, neighbours, friends from Warri and environs, were all in attendance. As such to list names will be a herculean task.

The love shown to me and my family is overwhelming and we lack the right words to fully express how worthy your support and love is to us. All we can say is THANK YOU and God bless.

It is our prayers that as you all join us to make our joy full, so too God Almighty will cause celebration to be your portion and do much more to you at your own time. We are indeed very grateful once again and pray for more celebrations in our lives in Jesus name, Amen!
