Growing up in the late 80's and early 90's, he was raised by his beloved mother in the popular city of Warri, Delta State. On his coming of tender age, MC Abioka started his entertainment journey through music career while growing up. His passion for music led to his recognition by the PLADDS Club in his secondary school days in 2005. This passion for music also led him to win several music competitions, including a second-place finish in 2006.

MC Abioka, driven with a vision of purpose, stopped competing and concentrated on developing himself and his team. That period saw him record his first hip-hop single titled "Talk About" featuring local acts like Leo Adinoo and Ms. P in 2007. However, due to financial constraints, he couldn't promote the song.

Urban hip-hop artistes helped inspired his foray into music. Among some of these artistes that influenced his career include the popular U.S. stars such as 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, The Game, Nas, and Nigerian Mode9, as well as Rooftop MC.
