LATE MRS DORIS WARIYINRIN FEJOKWU: Notes of Appreciation From The Family
We, the EKPETIPU and FEJOKWU families draw consolation from the promise made to believers that "Death is not the end for those in Christ (who defeated death by His resurrection). Therefore, as Christ rose, so too those asleep in Him will live again."
But while we mourn our dearly beloved daughter, sister, aunt, mother, wife, the LATE MRS DORIS WARIYINRIN FEJOKWU NEE EKPETIPU, we are not forgetful of the fact that we couldn't have done the funeral all alone by ourselves, hence this note of appreciation in recognition of the support we received before, during and after her burial ceremony.
In all situations we are instructed to give the Almighty God thanks. But above the loss of one of our own, we also acknowledge the strength and the grace we received to undertake the funeral successfully. In addition, we thank the Almighty God for His protection as everyone was accounted for with no incident or accident recorded during the funeral ceremony.
Secondly, we are grateful to the countless number of guests comprising of friends and sympathizers, who by their presence came from far and near to honour and to pay their last respect to the LATE MRS. DORIS FEJOKWU. Your presence was comforting to us and we say THANK YOU for coming and also for your words of encouragement to us.
Thirdly, we appreciate the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Okpanam, Asaba; the Nigeria Maritime University Chaplaincy, Okerenkoko, Gbaramatu Kingdom; and the St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom, among other ministries that participated in the funeral. We are grateful for the spiritual role you played as we say THANK YOU.
We will not forget the following families for their massive support that contributed to the success recorded in the funeral. We say THANK YOU to the families from Kokodiagbene: the Ekpetipu, Ukuli, Timiyan, Akoto, Bifugha, Eregha, Erin, Ayeku, Ogokenyisn and Gbagba, Ebiabo, Ayeku, and the entire Kokodiagbene community. We appreciate the Jimmy Ewetan from Ogulagha Kingdom, and also the Lamieghan from Sokubolou; the Tobi and the Seimode families from both Kokodiagbene in Gbaramatu and in Ogulagha kingdom.
It is our steadfast prayers to the Almighty God, in His mercies, to grant us all a long and fulfilled life subject to His Will and divine plan for us. We also pray that as you have done for us, so too in your time of need the Heavenly Father will raise helpers for you, and that when next we meet it shall be for celebration and not for mourning in Jesus Christ name (Amen).
Thank you all once again.
