I, Comr. Ark Selegha, the incoming Executive Chairman, on behalf of my fellow elected executive members of Kokodiagbene community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, use this medium to tender our appreciation as follows:

First, we give the Almighty God the glory for making our ascension to the platform of leadership on Thursday, October 31, 2024, a reality, and for His prevailing peace and protection over all that participated in the process.

Secondly, we appreciate His Royal Majesty, Oboro Gbaraun II (JP), Aketekpe, Agadagba, the Pere of our ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, for his golden leadership in fostering peace throughout the kingdom, which has impacted positively in the development of the community and the kingdom at large.

Thirdly, we greet the elders and the chiefs for demonstrating wisdom and ensuring a transparent and fair process. We also thank them for their elderly counsel and for putting the interest of Kokodiagbene community foremost.

Fourthly, we salute the women and the youths of Kokodiagbene community for demonstrating love for their community by actively participating in the process. We appreciate your presence and your commitment to moving Kokodiagbene community forward.

Fifthly, the exercise would not have been possible without the role played by the Comr. Pedro Tuwayerin Bekenawei-led executive council that worked tirelessly to ensure that the election did not only hold, but was peaceful and successful.

Lastly, our appreciation also goes to the fast rising media platform, PENGlobal, owned by our own brother, Mr. Abai Francis, for his positive engagement in promoting the affairs of the community as demonstrated in his professional coverage.

In addition, we appreciate everyone for their goodwill messages, prayers and counsels. We also reassure every stakeholder of Kokodiagbene community that, by the special grace of God, we will give our best to lift the community to the zenith.
