The umbrella body of the Ijaw Youths Council (IYC) Worldwide in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, is set to unveil and swear-in its newly elected executive members on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

This is contained in an invitation notice to the general public by the Gbaramatu chapter that was signed by its outgoing chairman, Comr. Uduboh Wilson; its outgoing secretary, Comr. Zikurebai Wazo; and its outgoing information officer, Comr. Ubebe Kester.

According to the notice, the unveiling and the swearing-in ceremony is billed to take place 12 noon prompt at the Casa De Pedro Annex off Refinery Road in Effurun.

Part of the IYC Gbaramatu Kingdom invitation notice reads:

"It is with a heart full of gratitude and passion to serve humanity, that we humbly request your presence as a special guest to grace the forthcoming Unveiling/Swearing-in of IJAW YOUTHS COUNCIL GBARAMATU KINGDOM NEW EXECUTIVE. This event marks a significant milestone for us, and we would be honored to have your presence and support."

Recall that the IYC Gbaramatu Kingdom chapter had earlier held its election which saw the emergence of a new set of executives that will pilot the affairs of the chapter of the national youth body in the Ijaw Nation.
