Benikrukru community in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West council area of Delta State, is set to swear into office its newly elected executive council members on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, as the Comrade Joel Tonjoh-led exco bow out of office.

The inauguration ceremony is scheduled to hold 10:00am at the Oboro Ultra Modern Playground in the community under the distinguished chairman of the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL), High Chief Kestin Pondi FNSE.

The Pere of the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, HRM Oboro Gbaraun II (JP), Aketekpe, Agadagba, is the Royal Father of the Day while the Ama-Okosuwei, Pa. Onimiemene Kwekwewei, and Apst. Mathias Zion Amaye, are the Father of the Day and Spiritual Father of the Day, respectively.

Special guests of honour are Hon. Emomotimi Guwor (Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly), High Chief (Dr.) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo (the Izon-Ebidouwei of Niger Delta), Chief Godfrey Tare Pondi (General Manager, TSSNL), Chief (Dr.) Dennis Otuaro (Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme).

The oil-rich community invites the general public to witness history in the making. Boats will be available at the King Couple's Waterfront near NPA in Warri to ferry guests to and fro the inauguration venue.
