INAUGURATION: Pepe-ama community to swear-in Ejoh-led exco as Awologbi bows out June 11, invites public
Pepe-ama Federated Community in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State is set to inaugurate and swear-in the Mr. Christopher Ejoh-led new executive leadership as the Mr. Davis Mafi Awologbi-led exco bow out of office.
According to a public notice issued by the community, the inauguration ceremony marking the change of leadership will hold as from 10:00am in the community playground on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
Expected to grace the occasion is the Ama-Okosuwei of Pepe-ama, Elder Goodluck Itima; the Tunterigboluwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, High Chief William Itima; the Amadiwei of Pepe-ama, Chief Friday Atamba, among others.
"This is to inform all sons and daughters of Pepe-ama Federated Community in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, are invited to the Inauguration / Swearing-in ceremony of the community's Executive Council," the statement reads.
"The newly emerged Executive Council members are to pilot the affairs of the community in collaboration with other stakeholders.
"The general public including executive council members and leaders of other communities in the kingdom are hereby invited to this auspicious event," the notice reads.
