The families of Late Pa. Okpoye Abisoko of Ogbudugbudu and Ogbinbiri communities in Warri North council area of Delta State, and Late Subor and Kakanda of Ofunama and Gbeoba communities in Ovia South-West council area of Edo State, announce the funeral ceremony of their son, father, grandfather, uncle, husband and brother, Late Pa Saniyo Okpoye Abisoko AKA Oloko (Bowu-Nanawei), for Saturday, March 29, 2025.

This is contained in a notice released by the family announcing the burial and that was signed by Victor Saniyo Okpoye for the children and Samson Okpoye Abisoko for the family.

According to the funeral arrangement, a social wake-keep ceremony will hold 7:00pm for the late Pa Saniyo Okpoye Abisoko at Aba Quarter, Ogbudugbudu community, on Saturday, with music to be supplied by Iralatie Toukumor.

This will be followed 12noon by a Thanksgiving Service at the Miracle Church of Zion (Ajakpiripate) National Headquarter, Ogbudugbudu, on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

The late Pa Saniyo Okpoye Abisoko, who passed away at the age of 75 years (1934–2009) is survived by three wives, 16 children, 93 grandchildren and 61 great grandchildren.
