In appreciation for the media publicity of its programmes and initiatives, the umbrella body of youths in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, under the auspices of the Gbaramatu Youth Council (GYC), has paid an appreciation visit to the Brand Director of PENGlobal, Mr. Abai Francis, at his residence in Effurun on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

The President of the youth body, Comrade Egbejule Arerebo Kingsley, who led the appreciation visit, also used the avenue to inform the Brand Director of his executives first Congress since inauguration into office, scheduled to take place on Friday, January 24.

Among other members of the GYC executives in attendance during the visit are the Secretary, Comrade Erike Raphael and the Public Relations Officer, Comrade Maxwell Wuruyai.

Speaking during the visit, the GYC President commended the PENGlobal platform for its timely publicity of its programmes despite the tight schedules of publications at its desk soliciting publishing.

On the Congress, he solicited the support of the business and social brand promotional agency in giving it the needed publicity as well as coverage of the groundbreaking event.

"We, the GYC Executives, deem it fit to personally visit you as the New Year begins to express our appreciation for your encouragement in always rising to our needs despite your busy and tight schedules.

"We urge you to continue to render such attention to us and to give us that support in the New Year especially as our Congress is forthcoming on January 24. It is our first Congress since we assumed office, and there will be boats by 8:00am at the King Couple Jetty to ferry participants to Gbaramatu Kingdom.

"All youthful sons and daughters from all of the zones in Gbaramatu Kingdom are expected to mobilise for the Congress which will also witness the setting up of the GYC Mobile Parliament in the landmark event," he added.

In response, the Brand Director of PENGlobal thanked the Comrade Egbejule-led GYC for the recognition and promised to always be in their service as its own way of the brand contributing to the positive development and growth of the youths and the kingdom at large.

It would be recalled that the PENGlobal Brand had earlier in the New Year recognised and unveiled the President of the youth council for his innovative leadership among other personalities who were instrumental to its growth via their patronage.
