The late Mr. Konkimele James Kennedy, a native of Igoba, Okerenkoko and Benikrukru communities in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, who passed away at the age of 52 years, will be laid to rest at Igoba, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

This is contained in a notice announcing the burial and that was signed by Mr. Samuel Kennedy for the family, and by Master Ekankumor Kennedy for the children.

As contained in the burial notice, 4:00pm, a Service of Songs ceremony holds in his residence, No. 11 Peter Okeme Street in New Layout off Jakpa Road, Effurun, on Monday, December 9.

The body of the late Mr. Kennedy will 7:00am leave the Safe Haven Mortuary at Plot 2 Eyiangha Street off Aruoture Street besides Williams Square Event Center, Warri, via Miller Waterfront, NPA, to his hometown Igoba community for interment 1:00pm, on Tuesday, December 10.

Entertainment of guests follows after at Fiyedabra Compound in Igoba, with music to be supplied by Prince Smally Royal Int'l Band of Africa.

The late Konkimele Kennedy hails from the families of Pa. Teobowei Kendeke in Teiye Pelebogha Quarter of Igoba and Agoba of Elei Quarter in Okerenkoko, and Ogida Seigha in Nehi-Bralabor Quarter in Benikrukru, all in Gbaramatu Kingdom.

He is survived by an aged mother, wife, six children and two grandchildren.
