The funeral date for the Late Snr. Boan. Elder Fiyesin Akoto has been announced and set for Friday, October 27, 2023, in Kokodiagbene Town, Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State.

This is contained in a funeral notice announced by families of the deceased, the Akoto and the Daunumugha, and was signed on their behalf and for the children by Elder Livinus Akoto and Mr. Dennis Akoto, respectively.

The Late Snr. Boan. Elder Fiyesin Akoto, who slept in the Lord on the 21st day of March 2023 at the age of 88 years, hails from Ugeh quarter in Kokodiagbene Town and from Okiri quarter in Okerenkoko Town, both of Gbaramatu Kingdom.

According to the funeral arrangement, the remains of the deceased leaves Ame Specialist Hospital Mortuary, Okumagba Avenue in Warri, by 11am to his hometown Kokodiagbene, via Miller Waterside along NPA Road, for the funeral service and interment.

Musical entertainment of guests will be provided by Chief Kingsley Takemebo and his Izon musical band.

There will also be an outing thanksgiving service in Kokodiagbene on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at the Salvation Zion Church by 9am.

The Late Snr. Boan. Elder Fiyesin Akoto is survived by 11 children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as other relatives.
