EXIT OF AN ICON: Popular Egbema Chief Adebayo Oweifede Idumume Aboh for Burial Dec. 6
The burial date for the Late Chief Adebayo Oweifede Idumume Aboh, popularly known as Makindele, the Taritobou of Egbema Kingdom in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State, who passed away at the age of 81 years, has been announced for Friday, December 6, 2024.
This is contained in a burial notice detailing the funeral arrangement of the late Chief Aboh and was signed by Elder Godfrey Aboh for the family, and by Capt. Collins Bebeware Aboh for the children.
According to the burial arrangement, on Friday, December 6, by 7:30am, the body of the late Chief Aboh will depart Obule Mortuary at Okpe Road to Pontoon Waterfront, and for a brief stopover at Aboh Compound in Polobubo Town.
A Service of Songs ceremony holds 11:00am at First Baptist Church, Polobubo, and a social wake-keep ceremony holds 8:00pm with music to be supplied by Prince Famous Tiemo and his Progressive Band of Africa.
On Saturday, December 7, by 7:30am, a funeral service and interment of the remains of the late Chief Aboh will take place.
On Sunday, December 8, by 8:00am, a Thanksgiving Service will hold at the First Baptist Church, Polobubo
The late Chief Aboh, who hails from the families of Late Pa. Idumume Aboh Tubu of Polobubo and Late Mama Oritse-ejegbanghan Uton Sanki of Opuama, both of Warri North, is survived by four wives, 22 children, 146 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, among other relatives.
