I, Mr Andrew Bebenimibo, the Secretary General of Okerenkoko Federated Community, on behalf of the good people of the community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, congratulate our highly esteemed sons, Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro PhD and Engr. Messiah Olaye Doupade PhD, on their successful award of Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Benin 48th Convocation on Saturday, November 25, 2023.

We are so proud of you on your recent academic achievements which we also believe will in no small measure help in the advancement of Okerenkoko and Gbaramatu Kingdom as a whole. This feat is no doubt a motivation for the youths for the pursuit of academic excellence.
