The entire members of the Gbaramatu Interdenominational Christian Fellowship, GICF, the umbrella body of Christians in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, have console the Chairman of the Ijaw Christian Fellowship, ICF, Mr. Elekute Macaulay, over the sudden death of his beloved wife, Mrs. Tuwayinrin Victoria Elekute nee Wurubogha.

The GICF made its consolation in a condolence message to Mr. Elekute on Monday, October 30, in what it said was from all the members of the umbrella Christian body.

The GICF, in their message titled: 'Deep Heart Felt Condolence Message To Mr (Elder) Elekute Macaulay (Chairman, Ijaw Christian Fellowship, ICF), Gbaramatu Chapter', expressed shock at the untimely and sudden passing of the ICF chairman's wife at an early age, while assuring him of their prayers and support.

The message reads: "The entire Gbaramatu interdenominational Christian Fellowship, GICF is strongly behind you in comforting and encouraging you.

"We want you to know that you are not alone in this battle, our words of encouragement and prayers are with you Sir, be strong and be of good courage.

"We pray that this kind of devastating news will not repeat itself in your family and the entire Christian community in Gbaramatu Kingdom.

"We pray for the children she has left behind that the Lord will take care of them.

"Please sir, be strong and remain focus in the Lord. The Lord God be with you in Jesus name, Amen," they prayed.

The late Mrs. Victoria Elekute was said to have died in the early hours of Sunday, October 29, 2023, and has been laid to rest in Oporoza Town, headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom.
