The Youth Coordinator of the Delta State City Boy Movement (CBM), Comrade Williams Ayoromiegha Jnr., has offered his congratulations to Rt. Hon. (Barr.) Ehie O. Edison on his appointment as the South South Zonal Youth Leader of the Movement.

Rt. Hon. Edison was announced as the South-South Zonal Youth Leader of the City Boy Movement (CBM) around April 12, 2026, and is tasked with coordinating youth engagement for the All Progressives Congress (APC)-aligned group in the region.

In a congratulatory message signed by Ayoromiegha Jnr. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, the Youth Coordinator of the Delta State CBM pledged support for the South South Zonal Youth Leader towards building a stronger Movement in the region.

The message reads, "Congratulations Rt. Hon. (Barr.) Ehie O. Edison!

"As the CBM Youth Coordinator for Delta State, I heartily congratulate you on your well-deserved appointment as the South South Zonal Youth Leader of the City Boy Movement.

"Your emergence is a proud moment for the entire South South region, especially as a diligent son of Rivers State.

"We in Delta State are excited and fully ready to support you in building a stronger CBM Youth structure across the zone.

"Congratulations once again, Sir! The youths of the South South are in capable hands with you at the helm," Ayoromiegha Jnr. concludes.

Before his current engagement, Rt. Hon. Edison was a former Honourable Member of the Rivers State Assembly representing the Ahoada East II constituency, and former Chief of Staff to Governor Siminalayi Fubara. A multifaceted individual, he holds a degree in Law from Rivers State University and furthered his studies with a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Law. 

The City Boy Movement is a Nigerian youth-focused political advocacy group supporting the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as well as aiming to mobilize youth for grassroots engagement, leadership opportunities, and policy understanding, with emphasis on empowering of young Nigerians through initiatives like skill acquisition and education, with key figures including Seyi Tinubu and Obi Cubana as face of the Movement.
