It was a day of joy for the family of Mr. and Mrs. Tare Magbei as the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Daily Report Nigeria unveils the names of their son as Isede Champion Tare Magbei.

The child naming ceremony which held at the residence of the Magbei in Ekpan area of Delta State was officiated by Pastor Louis Orusakwe Brizimor of Dominion City, Warri.

The ceremony which featured a brief sermon, prayers for the child, entertainment of guests and fund raising for the named child, was attended by family members of the Magbei along with friends and other well-wishers.

In a brief exhortation, Pastor Louis disclosed that a child's name serves the dual purposes of destiny fulfilment and physical identity in the life of a child.

Citing reference to the Biblical Jacob who was crafty, he pointed out that in order for him (Jacob) to fulfill his life's destiny on Earth, God Himself had to alter Jacob's name to Israel.

Pastor Louis therefore charged parents to be wary of the type of names they call their children as such identity could affect the destiny of their children.

Mr.  and Mrs. Magbei thanked all who graced the ceremony and wished them the joy of the season.
