For the Amadiwei of Makaraba community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, Chief and Mrs. Lagos Bubor, the birth of their son came with high hopes and great expectations. This they reflected in his identity by naming him as King Great Dubaemi Perekeme Bubor.

And in honour to the Almighty God, the couple proceeded on Sunday, September 10, 2023, to the Rainbow Zion Mission Church behind N.B.T.C in Ovwian Town, Udu Local Government Area of Delta State for his dedication ceremony.

The dedication service, which had in attendance family members, co-chiefs from Gbaramatu Kingdom in the Warri South-West area, friends, and other members of the congregation, kicked off by 10am with the couple making their appearance in their beautiful attires.

The couple, accompanied by invited guests and other well-wishers from the congregation, expressed their joy through beautiful dance steps and with songs of praises as they made their way to the altar for the dedication ritual proper.  

The Snr. Pst. David Bebenimibo, leader of the Mission, performed the dedication ceremony with prayers geared towards the fulfillment of the child's identity and in line with God's purpose for his life. Of course, the parents of King Great Dubaemi Perekeme Bubor were not left out in the prayers of blessings too.

The child dedication ceremony was later followed by a reception party along Udu Expressway by Onos School Road in Udu, in continuation of the celebration of the bundles of joy the birth and dedication of their supposedly last born son brought to their household.

The journey to greatness has already begun for King Great Dubaemi Perekeme Bubor. The massive guests at both the dedication and reception afterwards attested to that testament.
