Billy's Hotel, founded by the Late Capt. Billy Tuwei Piniki, a native of Gbaramatu Kingdom, has officially opened its hospitality doors to Deltans and other personalities with a vision to offer a home away from home experience to guests in Delta State.

Situated at Plot 7 CAC Street Off Edjeba Road in Warri, Delta State, Billy's Hotel which officially opened to the public on Friday, December 22, 2023, can be accessed from two major points of entry: guest can come through the NPA Edjeba Expressway axis (from the landmark of Delta Broadcasting Service, DBS) or from the Airport Road axis in Warri.

The two story building accommodating Billy's Hotel houses a reception section with well-trained staff to give courtesy to visiting guests, a restaurant section to offer delicious African dishes and intercontinental meals, a bar section for guests to relax to good musical and visual entertainment alongside varieties of beverage drinks, gin and wines, and a laundry section.

Billy's Hotel has a capacity of 29 suites, grouped into two categories that offer well-furnished beddings, relaxation chairs, attractive lightings, wardrobe, air conditioners, and functional intercom system for ease of communication between guests and staff in the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel also has two soundproof generators for constant electricity supply with a 200KVA power grid transformer and enough space outdoor within its premises for parking of cars.

"We are currently running a promo that will last for approximately two months, from our opening day in December 22, 2023 to the end of February 2024," said the Manager to PENGlobal Business. "We want our clients to first feel the quality of our services since we are just starting off," he added.

"Originally, this hotel was built by Late Capt. Billy Piniki, a native of Okerenkoko and Kokodiagbene communities in Gbaramatu Kingdom. After his passing, about three years ago, we decided to complete the edifice and named it after him. Its management team comprises of Chief Arch. Azayei Piniki, Engr. Austin Ojo, and my humble self, Hon. Paul Uyatede.
