The much awaited and most anticipated magazine in 2023, The PENGlobal Watch, has been launched in Warri, Delta State on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, with guests in attendance describing it as the magazine of the decade—a rare collection with impressive quality print and invaluable contents.

The maiden edition of the magazine, which is themed 'A Magnum Opus Collection', was unveiled at the launch by the chairman of the occasion, Professor Benjamin Okaba, president of the Ijaw National Congress (INC), who was represented by the chairman of INC, Ogulagha Clan structure, High Chief Prefugha Karawei (JP).

The PENGlobal Watch on its launch received positive ratings from special guests in attendance at the ceremony who were presented a copy of the magazine for perusal before its launch. Among some of the notable guests are High Chief Prefugha Karawei (JP), High Chief Linus Yeinanagbegha JP (Father of the Day), the Commodore of Hope, Omatseye Nesiama (rtd), Bishop Dr. Godwyns Soroaye JP and Rev. & Mrs. Matthew Doghor (Spiritual Fathers of the Day), Mrs. Tina Agidi (representing Chief Sheriff Mulade), Mr. Patrick Asaba (representing Chief George Timiyan JP), among others.

"I am so proud of our son for the wonderful job he is doing in promoting the Ijaw Nation and Nigeria at large to the world. The contents of this magazine gladdens my heart and I assure him of our support always," said High Chief Yeinanagbegha JP during the launch.

"Having gone through the contents, I must commend the publisher that this is a laudable one, a big project, with very impressive quality and information. It is a magazine worth having," said Bishop Soroaye JP.

The Commodore of Hope who flew in from the United Kingdom to give his support to the brand noted that "PENGlobal is one brand I know that does his job with passion and not driven by money. I'm not surprised at the quality of its maiden edition and I must say 'Congratulations' for this giant stride" while also affirming to all present that PENGlobal is an international brand.

Earlier, the Brand Director of PENGlobal and the publisher of the entertainment and educative magazine, Mr. Abai Francis, while giving an overview of its contents to the audience said: "The concept of the magazine is borne out of the need to bring to the doorstep of readers, educative and entertainment contents bordering on lifestyle and social events, brand personalities and organisations, community trends among other invaluable contents for more brand awareness.
