APPRECIATION: Note of Thanks From The Family of Late Mrs Pine Uluse Ejoh Yellow Itima

updated 27 Jan, 2025

They say in life that there is a time for everything. Sadly, our beloved caring and sacrificial mother, late Mrs Pine Uluse Ejoh Yellow Itima, who slept in the Lord on Friday, April 26, 2024, has been successfully laid to rest in her hometown, Pepe-ama community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West LGA of Delta State, on Friday, January 24, 2025, bringing us to the time of tendering of appreciation to all our supporters in knowledge of the fact that we couldn't have done it all by ourselves.

We therefore tender our thanks to the Almighty God who gives and takes, first, for His protection over us and our guests; secondly, for His provisions of resources needed to give our iconic mother a befitting burial, and thirdly, for a fair weather and conducive atmosphere during the service of songs and burial ceremonies.

We also thank all those who financially supported us in our time of need. The list is endless but we will not fail to recognise the following personalities: High Chief Dr. Ekpemupolo Oweizide aka Tompolo, High Chief Kestin Pondi, High Chief Tony Ayeibi, High Chief Matthew Pudie, Chief Barr. Bosin Ebikeme, Chief Peter Ebinum, Chief Moses Bebenimibo, Chief Taride Oga.

Others are Elder Amos Okoro, Barr. Aribogha Stephen Layefa, John Demebi, Comr. Pedro Tuwayerin Beknawei (former Chairman of Kokodiagbene community), Isaac Iyasa, Victor Mala, K. Odibo, Kingsley Egbejule (GYC President), Pastor Ely Sule, Boro Oluba, the Nigerian Gas Infrastructure Company (NGIC), various communities and their Chairmen in Gbaramatu Kingdom, particularly the Pepe-Ama community and their executives, our In-laws among several others.

We greet all of our guests including friends and other sympathisers who made out time from their engagements to join us to honour and pay our last respect to our beloved caring mother during the ceremonies. Your presence gave us courage and strength knowing that we were not alone.

We thank the spiritual leader and members of the New Bethlehem Zion Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Inikorogha community, where our mother worshipped, for the honour by their presence and conduct of the funeral. We also acknowledge other ministers and church leaders that were present. May God bless you all spiritually and physically.

Lastly, we salute everyone not mentioned above but who made significant contributions toward the success of the funeral in respect of our departed golden mother. To those who offered prayers, gave counsels, and physical support to us, we pray that the Lord should raise helpers for you at the time of your need. The Lord who sees all of your efforts in the secret and in the open bless you all for your love and support.

It is our prayers that the Lord in His infinite mercies grant us more years on Earth to live in good health, peace, joy, and in the fulfillment of His will. We also pray for His wisdom and strength to live up to expectations and to sustain the legacy of our loving and caring mother.

Thank you all once again and God bless us all (Amen).

Signed:
THE ITIMA FAMILY
