ANNIVERSARY: Kurutie Exco Note of Appreciation on Clocking 365 Days in Office
Today (February 17, 2024) makes it 365 days that I, COMR. UDUBOH PETER WILSON, the Executive Chairman of Kurutie Federated Community in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, alongside my fellow Executive Council members have been in office with the mandate of overseeing the administrative affairs of our great community.
On our first anniversary, we find it imperative to mark this milestone with this note of appreciation, first, in Thanksgiving to the Almighty God for His protection over us, for the gift of life, and for the gifted knowledge, wisdom and strength He has bequeathed upon us to execute our duties, which are centered on service to our people.
Secondly, we salute our traditional and spiritual father, the Pere, His Royal Majesty, Oboro Gbaraun II (JP), Aketekpe, Agadagba, for his continuous prayers and sacrifices toward the peace and development of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Kurutie inclusive.
Thirdly, we express our utmost gratitude to our elders, leaders, women and the youths of Kurutie Federated Community, for their tacit support, prayers, counsels, and physical contributions that have brought us this far in the journey of pushing for the continuous growth and prosperity of our dear community.
Specifically, we thank High Chief Dr. Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo, the Ebidouwei of Izon Nation; High Chief (Engr.) Kestin Pondi, the Ibe-Benemowei of Gbaramatu Kingdom and Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL); Chief Anthony Ayebibode, the Toripuwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom and Chairman, Council of Elders, KUFECO; Chief Godspower Uyabiribinde, the Amadiwei of Kurutie; Chief Dickson Wereyesigha, the Amaokusuwei of Kurutie; Chief Ekomieyefa Uduboh, the Miyenkirigbolomowei of Gbaramatu Kingdom and King of KFT; Hon. George Ekpemupolo, former chairman of Warri South-West LG Council; Sir Godfrey Pondi, General Manager, Operations and Technical, TSSNL, among others.
We promise to not let down our oars but to strive positively to do more for the progress of our dear community. We implore you to continually put us in your prayers, to join hands together in unity, and that everyone should be willing to play their roles toward building the Kurutie of our dreams. Together we can!
