A RARE GEM IS GONE: Dcns Tutu Gladys Karawei Nee Wariyai passes on, for burial Dec. 3

With total submission to the Will of God, the families of Late Pa. Peter Ayesafagha Wariyai of Kenibra and Ikeretimi Quarters of Oporoza Town, and Late Atiti Amazen Wariyai of Nie Bralabor Quarter in Benikrukru Community, all in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West LGA of Delta State, have announced the passing unto glory of their beloved daughter, sister, aunty, mother and grandmother, Late Deaconess Mrs. Tutu Gladys Karawei nee Wariyai.

This is contained in a notice announcing the burial arrangements of the late Dcns. Gladys, and that was signed by Mr. Longlife Karawei on behalf of the children, and by Mr. John Wariyai on behalf of the family.

According to the burial arrangements, by 7:00am her corpse will leave the Safe Haven Mortuary at Okumagba Avenue, Warri, to her hometown, Oporoza, via Miller Waterfront near NPA for her final funeral rites on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

However, on Monday, December 1, 2025, by 4:00pm, a Service of Songs ceremony will hold in her honour at the husband's residence along Usiefrun Road behind Emas Hotel, Udu.

There will be a Memorial and Special Thanksgiving Service by 9:00am on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at the Royal Power Bible Ministry Int'l, 12 Okandeji Street off Ginuwa Road, Warri.

Until her death the late Dcns. Gladys, who passed away to Glory at the age of 65 years on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, is survived by six children, 15 grand children, brother, sisters, among other relatives.

May her gentle soul rest eternally in peace.
