Ahead of the 2027 general elections, a youth leader and mobiliser, Bokumor Woko Progress, has assured the people of Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency in Delta State of effective representation from Dr. Louis Otuisi, popularly known as DLO, who is currently vying to represent the Constituency in the House of Representatives on the platform of the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Speaking to news men on the aspiration of the PDP candidate on Thursday, June 18, 2026, Bokumor expressed confidence in the candidacy of DLO to deliver the dividends of democracy to the Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency especially as the candidate understands the challenges of the Constituency.

He said, "At a time when Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency requires visionary leadership, quality representation, and a committed voice capable of attracting meaningful development, Dr. Louis Otuisi (DLO) stands out as a worthy choice.

"His track record of service, philanthropy, community development initiatives, and commitment to the welfare of the people have earned him the respect and admiration of many across the constituency.

"Dr. Otuisi has consistently demonstrated a genuine passion for human capital development, youth empowerment, educational advancement, and the promotion of opportunities for the less privileged.

"His accessibility, humility, and dedication to the progress of the people distinguish him as a leader who understands the challenges facing our communities and possesses the capacity to champion lasting solutions," he added.

Bokumor who further noted that "The people of Bomadi and Patani deserve a representative who will not only speak for them, but will also effectively defend their interests, attract federal presence, facilitate infrastructural development, and create opportunities that will improve the lives of our people," confidently added that "Dr. Otuisi possesses the experience, competence, and grassroots connection required to deliver on these expectations."

He therefore urged the people of the Constituency especially prominent stakeholders to rally behind the PDP House of Reps candidate who is more capable of effective representation.

"I therefore call on the good people of Delta State, particularly the electorates of Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency, to unite and throw their weight behind the aspiration of DLO as he contests for the House of Representatives seat in the 2027 general elections.

"I also urge all political stakeholders, traditional rulers, youth groups, women organizations, community leaders, professionals, and all well-meaning sons and daughters of Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency to support this noble ambition.

"Let us put aside political differences and work collectively towards electing a leader whose vision aligns with the aspirations of our people. The 2027 general elections present another opportunity for us to chart a new course for greater development and effective representation.
